Hello everyone,
the guys are currently in Canada continuing their North American Tour, but will soon return to the US where they have a second weekend performance at Coachella Festival.
This year they are one of the headliners, and they already performed one show last saturday on the main Coachella stage:

You can watch their performances of Sun and Bad Decisions, and those of other artists on the official Youtube Channel:

While there, they also gave two interesting interviews about Gameshow and touring which you can check out here and here.

On the topic of touring I’d like to point out that two of their supporting bands recently released new records: Anteros published their EP Drunk; and Blaenavon released their LP That’s Your Lot, I really recommend that you guys go and check them out, I’m sure you won’t regret it!
Today Anteros also released the music video for their song Cherry Drop which was shot during TDCC’s UK Tour by Phoebe Fox. It’s really beautiful I urge you all to go check it out, you can even spot the guys sometimes πŸ˜‰

Australia Tour & Updates
Australia Tour & Updates avatar

Hello everyone,
it’s been a busy time for the guys so I thought I’d make a little update post on everything that has happened lately.
A week ago Two Door finished touring in South America, including performances at events such as Lollapalooza Brasil, Argentina and Chile. They seem to have had lots of fun according to the many pictures that they have posted on social media.

Since their concert in Chile they have been enjoying a short break and will now restart their tour in the US, at the Fox Theater in California.

Last week they also announced that while they are in Australia for Splendour in the Grass they will do a mini Tour with three concerts in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney!

Starting today you can buy pre-sale tickets :

Another thing that happened last week was that their new single Lavender was the RadioX record of the week :

Before I finish I wanted to bring attention to a charity that the guys are supporting:

So if you can donate, please do so!
I hope you all have a nice day

Grosse Freiheit 36 / The End Of The European Tour
Grosse Freiheit 36 / The End Of The European Tour avatar

Hello everyone,
I can’t believe that it has already been ONE week since the ending of the bands EU Tour. If you are a member of our Facebook Group or follow me on social media you might already know that I was lucky enough to go to their last tour concert in Hamburg (THANK YOU Mom & Dad).
Even before the concert started my day had already turned out amazing because Ben replied to me on Twitter about the concert, which ended up making me even more excited for the whole evening.

I went to the concert with my brother and my parents. We got to the venue around 20 minutes before the doors were supposed to open, and even though there was a queue we still managed to get into the front row on the left (Sam’s) side of the stage, right after spending all my dad’s money on merchandising of course. After just a few minutes of waiting the first support band started playing:
Normally before a concert I like to check out the supporting bands but for this one I sadly did not which was a shame because Blaenavon were really great and I wish I would have known the lyrics to their songs to sing along. Their music reminded me of the Tourist History era and I enjoyed it a lot. I’m excited for their new LP. Check out one of my favourite songs of theirs, My Bark Is Your Bite, here:

Not long after they had finished and cleared the stage the second supporting band came on: Parcels
I have gone to lots of concerts before but I think tIMG_6409hat they are the most synchronized band I have ever seen (and also the band with the most impressive hair).
Their music was incredible, it has a funky, dance and electronic vibe much like Gameshow, and got everybody moving and dancing.
I enjoyed it a lot and have got their song Gamesofluck (and all their other songs to be honest) stuck in my head ever since; check it out here:

I really recommend you give both bands a listen, like Kevin said later on during the concert, when the guys look for support bands they always try to find bands that they believe in and that they think we will enjoy. So make sure to check them both out! You won’t regret it.

Once the stage was set up the excitment of seeing Two Door Cinema Club was rising. They started off with the classic Cigarettes in the Theater and then quickly transitioned into Undercover Martyn (#basementpeople). It was such a wonderful experience for me to see them from the front row. They were all so close and I could see and hear them much better than I ever had before. I was afraid at first that there would be troubles later on with people pushing to the front or mosh pits, like it had been the case in London, but I was positively surprised by how disciplined everything was. Everybody had a great time and the security did an amazing job at making sure that there was no trouble, and pulling the same guy out of the crowd three times because of crowd surfing.
The guys played 19 songs in total, mostly from Tourist History and Beacon, but also five songs of the new album, including their newest single Lavender, and the “classics” Gameshow, Are We Ready (Wreck), Ordinary and Bad Decisions. Hopefully starting festival season they will add some more new songs into the setlist so that we can get a chance to see those live as well. I’m sure this will get the crowds dancing.
After the show me and my mother both got very lucky. While she managed to catch Kevin’s base pick I caught one of Ben’s drumsticks.

I can’t wait to see the guys again in the future. I hope all of you have the chance to at least see them once.
They are playing lots of festivals this summer and have some upcoming concerts in South and North America, so make sure to take a look and see if they play anywhere near you.
I wish you all a lovely evening,
